About me
I’ve got the mind of an entrepreneur and the soul of a designer. I’m equally smitten by the tangible world of atoms and the invisible allure of digital bits.
But let’s rewind. Picture a guy who found himself living like the quirky lead from "Stuck Together" during the pandemic. Yep, that’s me—suddenly thrust into a role I didn’t audition for. Funny how life can turn you into a character from a French film when you least expect it.
And about that prepping thing—yep, I’m a card-carrying Prepper. But come on, didn’t we all turn a little survivalist when the world went sideways? I mean, who didn’t hoard sanitizer like it was the new gold standard?
During those endless lockdown days, I didn’t just binge-watch shows; I went full-on digital monk, digging through history for wisdom. And let me tell you, there’s some serious gold buried in those old tales.
But my story starts long before that. Flashback to the '80s—little me, growing up in a family of carpenters, hustling at a Nike store straight out of school. Ironically, I could only afford the shoes I was selling because of the employee discount. Ah, life’s little ironies.
Then came the real game-changer—cyber cafes. They were the wormholes to another world, where I lost myself in a sea of pixels and dial-up tones. It’s a miracle I didn’t emerge as a digital avatar.
And then, the Holy Grail: my very own assembled PC, complete with Encarta and a dial-up connection that sounded like a modem and an alien making a handshake deal. Suddenly, the world was at my fingertips, and I was ready to take it on, one digital adventure at a time.
Formal education followed, steering me through the world of computers and design, and connecting the dots between my past and the future I was about to create.
Now, as I scribble new chapters in my life’s book, I chase the thrill of the unknown, embracing both the highs and lows. Because in the end, isn’t that what makes this rollercoaster worth riding?
A little quirk about me
I like short story long.
